When does the timeline start?

When the required information, files and access are available. Platform approval times are excluded.

How are products counted?

Each Amazon child ASIN or bol.com EAN counts as a separate unit. For Shopify, the product count and variant complexity are confirmed before starting.

Does full management include advertising?

Yes, within the scope of the listed advertising package. Management fees are not billed twice; ad spend remains separate.

How do I request a refund?

Write to us within 7 days of the start of the agreed initial service. The service terms explain the scope and excluded third-party costs.
