Terms of service
Last updated: 30 September 2026. A written proposal for a specific engagement may add detail. If they conflict, the proposal you accept in writing prevails for scope and price.
The supplier is BENELUX TRADING LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, company number 17483734, trading as Benelux Digital Solutions.
What we do
We provide e-commerce consulting: audit, action plan, and implementation only after the scope is approved in writing.
We do not promise revenue, search position or advertising return. Third-party platforms remain solely responsible for their rules, suspensions and interfaces.
Start
An engagement starts when scope and price are accepted in writing (email is enough) and, if a deposit is stated, when that deposit is received.
You provide accurate information and only the access that is needed. You may revoke access at any time.
100% money-back guarantee for 7 days
For the agreed initial service, you may request a refund of 100% of the fees paid to BENELUX TRADING LTD by emailing contact@beneluxdigital.com within 7 days of the start of the engagement.
This guarantee covers the professional fees charged by BENELUX TRADING LTD for the initial service. It does not cover third-party expenses or charges incurred with your approval, including advertising spend, subscriptions, purchases, platform fees or other amounts paid to a third party. Any additional engagement ordered separately after the start is treated as a separate service.
The guarantee is not a promise of commercial results; it simply allows you to request a refund of the initial service fees during the stated period. If you are a consumer in the EU or the United Kingdom, your mandatory rights remain and this clause does not reduce them.
Fees and term
Each engagement is priced on its own. There is no required subscription. Any next step is a separate decision.
Invoices are due as stated in the proposal, otherwise within 14 days.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps access, figures and documents received for the engagement confidential, except where the law requires disclosure or the information is already public.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for an engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. That does not remove mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of residence.
The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, with the same reservation.
